Tour Sunrise
Sunrise tours provide outstanding opportunities to tour the campus and ask any questions with respect to Sunrise’s outstanding special programs. Programs include Quest (gifted program) as well as Dual Language Mandarin Immersion, all other course offerings and curriculum, extracurricular activities, student clubs, etc.
Monthly tours will take place on the following dates:
- 9/4/25
- 10/9/25
- 11/13/25
- 12/11/25
- 1/15/26
- 2/12/26
- 3/26/26
Tours take place at 9 AM. There is no need to RSVP.
A normal tour can take around 1-2 hours. Feel free to bring your student and any other family members interested in middle school. Please also note that these tour dates are the only tours during the year, so it is best to carve out the time to join us on one of these dates, particularly in the fall when school choice is in full gear.
Please take note that Open Enrollment will soon begin for the 2026-27 school year. If you live outside the Sunrise boundaries, please fill out an open enrollment form declaring Sunrise as your first choice. Sunrise has a large open enrollment population and wants to continue ensuring students and parents have the opportunity to choose Sunrise during the open enrollment period.
Towards the end of January and/or early February, we will be rolling out a series of events, including the Sunrise team visiting elementary schools, facilitating course registration. A student/parent open house to meet our teachers in the evening will also be a featured event at Sunrise.
Finally, we are extremely proud to report that Sunrise had an outstanding performance with respect to last year. Our state letter grade was an A, and Sunrise was in the numerical top spot within the state labeling metric with respect to all PVSchools' middle schools. We are thankful for our great teachers, students, and parents who collectively make sure we put our best foot forward when it comes to academic performance and who also strive to make Sunrise a special community.
